So, we will assist you in selecting a home site and designing a home plan that best suits your needs and your budget. 2. Design Choices At J-WAY Homes it is our goal to provide a customized home for each customer. Our experts work with the homeowner to make any specific changes to the home to meet the client's individual needs. Once we have agreed on your plan, timeline and price -- the fun begins! 3. Homeowner Orientation After the purchase agreement is signed the builder and construction manager will meet with you to explain the building process, timelines and discuss expectations and the warranty program. 4. Personalize Your Home At the homeowner orientation you will be given a list of finish selections that need to be made before construction can begin. Our trade partners will help you to select the finishes that best express your style from hundreds of types of paint, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures. 5. Pre-Drywall When your home is framed, wired and plumbed, we'll take this opportunity to verify the details with you. This is a great time to bring a camera and photograph what's behind your walls 6. Final Walk-Through This is conducted in your home prior to closing or presentation of keys. A walk-through punch list will be made of items requiring further attention. This is your opportunity to make note of any concerns especially cosmetic issues like paints and finishes. The items on your punch list will receive immediate attention.
